Our Daily Meditations: A Bridge to Unity

Written by Kate Waring

We are thrilled to announce that starting on the 3rd of February, we will livestream our morning meditations across all our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. This exciting development allows you to join us live at 9am UK time or catch the replay if the live session isn’t convenient for your time zone. We hope that this flexibility makes it easier for a global audience to connect with the powerful energy of these meditations.

A Family Effort

Organising the morning meditations is a deeply personal journey for me, as it has become something of a family endeavour. I handle the scheduling and coordination of our meditation holders, while my partner Rudolf ensures the technical aspects run smoothly. Recently, our four-year-old daughter, Abi, has begun to meditate for the first time. Together, we are devoted to fostering a unified and harmonious experience for our global community, aligning with the path of service to others, and infusing each meditation with a sense of oneness and shared purpose.

The Personal Significance of Morning Meditations

For me, becoming involved in these meditations felt like a natural progression of my spiritual journey. Working part-time at the Findhorn Foundation, I was asked a few months ago to help organise the morning sessions. It immediately resonated with me because it brought to my mind the Law of One teachings, which have been central to my spiritual understanding since I was introduced to them five years ago.

Within the teachings of The Law of One the concept of a social memory complex – a unified collective consciousness, is described. I saw these meditations as a way to help foster this kind of unity, bringing people together in a shared field of resonance. The attunement process I used to seek guidance reinforced this vision, leading to the emergence of a profound statement:

"The vision is held of a harmonious world emerging through the powerful field of resonance created by these meditations. They serve as a bridge to unity, fostering the space for humanity to align as one collective consciousness. Their purpose is to cultivate the conditions for coming together into a unified state of being."

Helena, one of our dedicated meditation holders, beautifully expressed this transformative potential when she said: "Meditation is a deep connection with my inner world where I can find my soul in gratitude for this experience that I am living – not so easy in daily life. Through this inner silence, my soul allows me to understand the meaning of life."

A Growing Team of Dedicated Holders

We are fortunate to have a dedicated and expanding team of meditation holders. Sohini and Dominique have recently joined our regular rotation, bringing fresh energy and perspectives. Over the festive season, we were especially grateful for Helena, who led the meditations on both Christmas and New Year's Day from Portugal, and Granville, who supports our Foundation Resource People globally.

A heartfelt thank you also goes out to our regular holders — Britta, Ash, Harriet, and Gabi — whose commitment and presence enrich our sessions each day.

Join Us

We invite you to be part of this growing community. Whether you can join us live, or prefer to watch the replay, these meditations are an opportunity to connect and feel a oneness, a unity in all life where there is no separation. Together, we can cultivate a space of unity and resonance, helping to shape a harmonious world.
