Erraid Experience Week FAQs

  • This is a group experience with shared meals, group meditation, gardening and other activities. There is also time during the week to enjoy the island by yourself.

  • Vegetarian meals are provided so you don't need to bring food with you. However, if you have any dietary requirements please let us know when you book.

  • We are unfortunately unable to provide private rooms in Traigh Bhan. To make use of the small number of bedrooms available, all rooms are shared.

  • Yes. Traigh Bhan has a sanctuary on the upper floor with views of the sea and Isle of Mull. You are welcome to meditate by yourself outside of group meditation times.

  • Group meditations and mindfulness exercises will feature as part of the week.

  • While we will do our best to accommodate your needs, we are restricted in what we can offer due to the remoteness of the location. Our Traigh Bhan retreat house is set in the middle of a field and there are steps and narrow doors in the house itself.
