There are many ways to connect to our inner source of wisdom and receive guidance from there. In these three short audio clips our community’s founders share how they connected to this source and about the challenges they had to overcome to learn to follow it.

On his return from the islands of Iona and Erraid Terence Gilbey (CEO) reflects on the power of presence and how the Findhorn Foundation’s three core practices “teach us that presence is a choice and it is always available to us, no matter where we are.”

We are launching our new weeklong Spirit of Iona experience at Traigh Bhan from 6 July 2024. The retreat is designed to gently nurture connection in a less structured setting, allowing time to go within and listen to the voice of spirit and nature.
